Turtle TCG Special Order/Preorder Process
1. Customer Inquiry
- Customers interested in placing a special order should contact Turtle TCG through one of the following methods:
- In-store visit
- Phone call
2. Item Availability and Pricing
- Turtle TCG staff will confirm the availability of the requested item(s) and provide the customer with the total price.
3. Order Confirmation
- Once the customer agrees to the total price, Turtle TCG staff will create a order invoice.
- The invoice will detail the item(s) being ordered, the total cost, the initial 25% non-refundable deposit will be based on total order value and detailed in the order invoice sent.
4. Initial Payment
- The customer will be required to pay 25% of the total order value as a non-refundable deposit to confirm the order.
- Payment methods accepted:
- Cash (in-store)
- Bank Transfer (Online)
- PayID
5. Order Placement
- After receiving the initial payment, Turtle TCG will place the order with the supplier.
- The customer will receive a confirmation email or receipt indicating the order has been placed.
6. Order Tracking and Updates
- Turtle TCG will provide the customer with updates on the status of their special order at each stage.
- The customer is welcome to request updates at any stage of the process. Please be aware that additional time may be required for order fulfillment, depending on the distributor.
7. Final Payment and Collection
- Once the order arrives at Turtle TCG, the customer will be notified to pay the remaining balance.
- The customer can complete the payment using the same methods as the initial payment.
- Upon receipt of the final payment, the customer can collect their order. For pre-orders this would need to be on or after release date.
- Final payment must be received within two weeks of arrival to Turtle TCG.
8. Cancellation Policy
- The initial 25% payment is non-refundable.
- If the customer decides to cancel the order after it has been placed, they will forfeit the initial payment.
- The customer fails to make final payment within the required timeframe, the initial payment will be forfeited, and the item will be put up for sale.
- If Turtle TCG is unable to fulfill the order due to supplier issues, the customer will be refunded in full, including the initial payment.
Special Notes
- Games Workshop items which are not pre-orders have a separate process.
- Large value orders may require a higher deposit for in-stock items and final payment upon allocation for preorders.
