Shipping policy

We offer a flat shipping fee of $10 and all items are shipped via Australia Post in events where the shipping cost to Turtle TCG is exceptionally high, we reserve the right to contact you regarding an additional shipping charge. This helps to enable us to offer a cost-effective shipping option across our item range.

We ship orders Wednesday through to Friday each week and at times on other days as well to ensure orders are fulfiled in a timely manner. For single orders please allow us additional time as we work through these request diligently. If your order may be urgent (Upcoming event) please send us a message!

Shipping time is unfortunately out of our control but we strive to get this to the courier within a reasonable timeframe for in-stock items.

Please Note: All orders are shipped with standard Australia Post coverage, which includes insurance up to $100 (plus postage costs). If you would like your order fully insured, please reach out after placing your order and we will assist with the providing the additional cost.

Turtle TCG and its staff are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. All items are shipped at the purchaser’s own risk unless insured postage is selected.

Store Collection

Store Collection can be chosen at checkout - pick up will be available during our standard hours and you should receive a notification when it is ready for collection in-store.
